Hotel Playa Bonita - Mazatlan

The rooms were simple and clean. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops.- The staff was very helpful and responsive to any issues we had.

The hotel lacked certain amenities such as a swimming pool and a café. The elevator was unreliable and had some safety concerns.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location right on the beach, providing stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the sand. the rooms are clean and spacious, with large mirrors and useful ledges for storage. the staff is attentive and responsive, addressing any requests promptly, such as replacing a missing shower curtain. Despite not using the pool, it is available for relaxation. the lobby creates a welcoming atmosphere with its open and airy design.
